Image Master 8500 Futuro   The Futuro laser imagesetter has been specifically designed for the output of imposed plate ready films for all printing presses up to B2 format, with an exposable imaging area of 650 x 770 mm. The Laserbus interface provides connection to RipExpress, Combo Rip and PrintExpress. Its B2+ format drum accurately supports red sensitive film or polyester plates for exposure using a helium neon laser. Spot sizes down to 7.5 µ and resolutions up to 5080 dpi ensure an ultimate sharpness. The punch system is highly customisable providing either a side or top/tail format.
